CÁRNICAS VIPER is dedicated to the production of meat products, wholesale sale and distribution of fresh meat, eggs and derivatives, a wide variety of frozen products, such as: meat, fish, shellfish and derivatives, vegetables, pre-cooked foods and pastries, among others. . Providing the maximum guarantees of service, quality, health and traceability.

CÁRNICAS VIPER SL is a company founded on February 21, 1995 by two partners, Vicente Carreras Torres and Pedro Pons Palliser, two people with more than 25 years of experience in the sector. Since the first days of the company's life, the objective has been to grow to meet the needs of the Menorcan market.


Initially, the facilities were located in an industrial warehouse in the Es Castell Industrial Estate (Baleares). After several years of work, and seeing its growth impossible, some land was acquired in the Mahón Industrial Estate.

In the summer of 2002, the change of address to the new facilities was carried out, an ambitious project from all fronts. At this time it has land of more than 2,600 square meters, of which there is a constructed area of 1,770 square meters.



CÁRNICAS VIPER facilities have the latest technical advances in the food sector. Industrial refrigeration machinery and equipment have strict remote surveillance and maintenance controls to guarantee the quality of the final product at all times.
